FAQ's

What’s the date and times? July 24-25, 2026. KSU at 8:30 am on July 24th, Stockbridge Post 510. Registration and check in opens July 23rd at the Stockbridge AL post 

Where do I register:? You can register online (scan the QR code on the flyer published January 27th and saved in ‘featured’ or sign up in person the day before. Cash or checks that day. Online registration can use venmo! (see link under ‘featured’ tab ) 

Can i sign up in person? Absolutely! Sign up in person July 23rd at the Stockbridge post from noon until 7 pm! 

Can I mail in a registration: Mail in registrations must be postmarked no later than June 24th. Registration forms are available under the “files” tab on our facebook page!

How do I find out about hotels?: Once you register, you will receive an email with hotel information 

What’s the route?: the route will be released two weeks prior to the ride. 

How does the bridge work?: we will be crossing the bridge as one group, and part of your registration fee goes toward covering the bridge toll 

Who is Hawk? : Hawk IS Scott Igo. Scott Igo IS Hawk

What are gas stops?: we will let you know those as well. Just know that the road captain is planning these with an average tank in mind, so know that we will be making stops about every 100 miles or so fo fuel and breaks

Do we have to eat at the casino to enjoy the banquet at the end? No you do not, but you can still come and hang out to enjoy festivities.

Do we need to check in on the 23rd or can we do it on the 24th? You can check in on the 24th,, but you must get there by 7:00 a.m as registration will close by 7:45 am!

When will money be returned from photo book from first year?: Reach out to Jenny personally. She is on facebook as “Jenny Northrop”. *her phone number has changed and nobody has it* 

Is there a cut off date for registration? Just know that if you wait until the very day of, or even halfway point, you may miss out on some of the perks of the ride. Ride guardians will be checking for registration flags on bikes / wristbands: so make sure you are checked in in time to get a wristband, or you will be asked to pay for the ride again!
